Michael Nana "Obourba" Yaw Adom, affectionately called King Makqash, is a Ghanaian-born, US-based Serial entrepreneur, Independent contractor of Washington DC, Businessman and Freelance educator. As the founder of Giantbrain Consult, he brings expertise across multiple sectors. Deeply passionate about Ghanaian culture and contemporary history, Yaw Adom is committed to preserving and promoting his heritage. He hosts a podcast, Native of the Motherland, which explores African culture and travel experiences, streaming on his radio platform, GET-VIM RADIO. In February 2023, Yaw Adom served as a subject matter expert for Woodridge Library’s program, Strengthening the Relationship between Africans and African Americans, where he contributed as both an organizer and panelist. Thereafter, he was featured in the Washington Informer Newspaper in September, 7-13 2023, edition.
